How do I change my password?
You can change your password by logging into our new MyAccount Portal. Log in with your full ETInternet email address (example: johndoe@etinternet.net) and password. Once logged in, simply click "Change Password" on the navigation to the left and fill out the appropriate fields and click the "Save" button. Please allow up to 30 minutes for password changes to take full effect.
How do I post my web pages?
You can upload files to your personal webspace by logging into our new MyAccount Portal and clicking the "Manage Website" link in the navigation menu. You will be redirected to our web-based File Transfer site. Files for your website must be placed in the "public_html" folder. How do I get a web teacher?
You can recieve tips, tricks, and training online from many e:Learning websites on the Internet. WebTeacher.org provides great information directly on their website and is worth the visit.
How do I stop unwanted email?
Our new email system uses a tool called "GreyMail". GreyMail filters spam and viruses from your inbound email and places them in a special holding tank. All messages that are filtered out can then be reviewed from directly within your WebMail. Messages that are left in GreyMail for more than 14 days are considered "junk mail" and are deleted. You now have the power to chose who you want to receive mail from and who you don't. You can access your GreyMail by logging into WebMail and clicking the link in your folder listing on the left.

How do I protect myself from viruses?
A computer virus is a program created specifically to invade computers and networks and wreak havoc on them. The mischief caused can be very minor, such as causing a funny image or cryptic message to be displayed on your screen, or it can do some serious damage by altering or even destroying files.
